SMY Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is looking for the highly professional candidate for the Pharmaceutical Process Instrument Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical) or a related field and Previous experience (5+ years) in a similar role
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining instrumentation systems to monitor and control various aspects of the manufacturing process.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement instrumentation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including but not limited to temperature, pressure, flow, level, and analytical instrumentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers, automation engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure the successful integration of instrumentation systems with manufacturing equipment and processes.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and compliance issues related to instrumentation systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation-related issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including specifications, drawings, and procedures, related to instrumentation systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in equipment qualification and validation activities, including installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) of instrumentation systems.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on the proper use, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical instrumentation, and recommend improvements and upgrades as necessary.
• Experience with process automation systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA) and data acquisition systems.
